△ The managing style of"Quan"
    Refering to worldwide advanced managing experience, Antai Group has formed the managing system of "Quan" with Antai characteristic. The Chinese character "Quan" initiated by Chinese character "（person）", which can show the principle "People Oriented" of the company. The upper line and the lower line can express the second-level managing mechanism with Antai characteristic. The Chinese character "shi" in the middle can show the managing net formed by "Index management" and "Programmed management".
△ Decision-making System
    Antai Group has established normative corporation father structure and management system, and regulation for important investment and financial decision-making to decrease the managing risks of the company, and thus formed good inner control environment and complete accounting system.

The manufacture process of coke, pig iron, cement passed the spot checking by the Environmental System Authorization Center of Chinese Academy for Environmental Science and won the ISO14001 Certificate of environmental system in April 2001.
